TUNA AND GARLIC WITH RICE 
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pinch of crushed black pepper
1/4 c. white Zinfindel/Seaport White
2-3 c. cooked rice
2-3 cloves garlic, slivered
1 (8 oz.) can fancy Albacore tuna

Heat oil and garlic and garlic salt saute. When garlic is brown add tuna continue to saute add 1/4 cup wine. Continue to saute 1-2 minutes; pour over cooked rice and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve.
