TUNA RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tuna
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. minute rice, cooked
1/4 c. crushed potato chips

Blend milk, water, and soup in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Stir in tuna, cheese, dry mustard, salt, and rice (already cooked). Sprinkle potato chips on top.
