TUNA RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. Minute Rice
3 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 soup can of milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
1 can tuna, drained

Cook rice. Add soups and tuna; stir well. Add milk and seasonings and vegetables. Stir well. Heat on low 15 minutes, stirring often. Serve with corn bread for delicious taste.
