6 egg yolks
5 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Cook until thick in double boiler. Let cool and pour over 1/2 pint whipping cream. 1/2 lb. nuts, chopped 1 can chunky pineapple 1 can white cherries

Mix all ingredients together, pour sauce over and toss gently.
