FRIED SQUID AND SCALLOPS 
8 to 10 fresh or frozen squid
20 (or more) scallops
3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, squeezed
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
hot pepper flakes

Clean squid and cut into 1-inch pieces. Clean scallops and slice in half. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add squid and scallops. Season with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes. Stir as they are cooking for several minutes.

Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir mixture well. Serves 6 to 8.
