HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onions
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except for cheese and chips. Top with grated cheese and chips.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 450°F oven.
