HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded med. sharp yellow cheese
2/3 c. broken potato chips

Mix all ingredients (except cheese and potato chips). Turn into shallow buttered casserole. Then combine cheese and potato chips and spread over top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
