DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. curd creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or grated onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seeds
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4-2 1/2 c. flour

Heat cheese until lukewarm; combine with sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, baking soda, egg and yeast in water. Add flour, a little at a time. Cover and let rise in warm place 50-60 minutes.

Stir down and turn into well greased 1 1/2 quart round (8 inch) casserole and let rise in warm place 30-40 minutes. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cover with foil last 15 minutes. 1 loaf.
