CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 lg. cake of cornbread
Chopped onions
Chopped green peppers
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped ham
Crumbled bacon (cooked)
Chopped tomatoes
Mayonnaise

Cook 1 large skillet of cornbread (cool and crumble). Add any or all of the ingredients to make 4 cups. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss to mix. Add enough mayonnaise to make it stick together.

Top with chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese.
