MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and place in 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Frost when cool.
