MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE AND
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. walnut pieces

Mix together all but nuts. Add nuts last. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and frost when cake has cooled.
