BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar (or brown sugar twin)
1/2 c. skim milk or 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. blueberries
2 bananas (optional)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the milk, egg whites, and corn syrup together with the banana and blend. Add the blueberries. Line muffin pans with paper baking cups, and fill with batter divided equally. Bake 13 to 15 minutes.
