PUMPKIN SPICE PUDDING BUNDT CAKE | |
Cake: 3 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 c. sugar 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. Pumpkin Spice instant pudding 1/2 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool completely. Icing: 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. crushed pineapple Mix ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Submitted by: Brenda C. Knight |
