TURKEY MILAN 
12 oz. pkg. med. noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pimientos, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, or fresh

Cook noodles according to directions; drain. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and parsley with hot noodles. Melt butter and slowly stir in flour; then add milk and broth. Simmer several minutes. Add salt and pepper, mushrooms, pimientos, Worcestershire sauce and turkey. Bring to a boil. Mix together with noodles. Top with more Parmesan cheese and serve.
