CRESCENT ROLL LASAGNA 
MEAT MIXTURE:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. parsley
Italian spices to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

CHEESE MIXTURE:

1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lg. or 2 sm. eggs
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Milk and sesame seeds

Mix and brown meat (drain completely); add onions and saute 2 or 3 minutes (again drain any collected grease). Add other meat mixture ingredients and reduce heat and cook 2 or 3 minutes. You may if you choose, add mushrooms; mix cheese mixture; lay out crescent rolls on cookie sheet and seal together; put 3/4 meat mixture down middle evenly; put all cheese mixture on top; put remaining meat on top; layer Swiss cheese as top layer; fold roll ends over and then bring up the side and secure all seams. Glaze with milk and sesame seeds.

This recipe should be cooked immediately after mixing - do not refrigerate 9can be refrigerated or even frozen after cooking). Cook at 325 degrees for at least 45 minutes, or until brown.
