EASY BEEFY CRESCENT SQUARES 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. crescent roll
Grated American or Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion, season and drain. Add mushrooms and sour cream. Place crescent rolls in ungreased pie pan. Spoon hot meat mixture onto crust. Top with a generous amount of cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
