TEXAS STYLE CHILI 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. chuck beef, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. can tomato sauce
16 oz. hot water
6 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
Dash salt, pepper and paprika
1/2 tsp. red pepper

In a heavy pan heat oil and brown beef cubes. Add all the remaining ingredients. Simmer the chili for one hour. Add a little flour paste or Masa Harina if chili is too thin. Serve with a Lone Star beer!
