RHUBARB BUTTER 
4 c. rhubarb, cooked well
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 pkg. surejell

Cook and blend well for 5 minutes. Add 5 1/2 cups sugar, boil one minute. Add a few drops red food coloring. Pour into jars. Seal in hot water bath 5 minutes.
