1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
3 c. half & half
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat cream and butter until melted. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes in long flat casserole; add cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
