PISTACHIO DESSERT 
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 qt. ice cream
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crush cookies until fine; set aside 1/2 cup for top sprinkles. Mix remaining cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into 7 x 10 inch dish to form crust. Chill.

Combine ice cream, pudding mix and 3/4 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with Oreo cookie crumbs. Freeze.
