PISTACHIO SALAD (OR DESSERT) 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Fresh strawberries or maraschino cherries for garnish (opt.)

Place pineapple and juice in large bowl. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix. Add marshmallows and Cool Whip to pineapple mixture. Stir well and refrigerate. May top with fresh strawberries or maraschino cherries. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
