SEAFOOD AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. long grain & wild rice mix
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can shrimp or 1 lb. fresh shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 cans mushroom soup
1 sm. can pimento

Prepare wild rice mix by directions on package. Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter. Then mix these and all other ingredients. Put in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. During last 15 minutes top with cheese and bread crumbs.
