GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
2 green peppers
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown steak, then mix in all remaining ingredients and cook until steak is done. Serve over hot rice.
