TOMATO AND GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
4-5 lg. slices cube steak
Flour
Oil
2 onions, sliced
2 green peppers, cut into strips
1 can tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper

Flour meat and brown in a small amount of oil. As meat browns, remove from pan and place into casserole dish. Add onions and green pepper to pan and brown lightly. Add can of tomatoes and bring all to boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Place bay leaves over meat in casserole; pour tomato mixture over meat. Bake in 300 degree oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with rice or noodles.
