1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. sugar 3 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. melted butter Scald milk, add sugar, cool to lukewarm, add crumbled yeast and let stand 15 minutes. Add 1 cup flour and beat well. Add salt, butter and beaten eggs. Beat in remaining flour and let stand until doubled in bulk. Keep covered with cloth while rising. Make out rolls. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. |
