BEST OF SHOW ROLLS 
1 c. shortening or oil
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 cakes yeast
2 c. warm water
8 c. flour

Cream shortening or oil and sugar. Add eggs. Dissolve yeast in 3 teaspoons warm water. Add flour and salt; knead until smooth. Can be refrigerated. Let dough rise for 3 hours, or until doubled. Bake bread at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until it doesn't bounce back.

CINNAMON ROLLS:

When making cinnamon rolls, always roll out, putting butter, sugar, cinnamon and nuts or raisins on top. Roll up and cut to place in pans. Put in pans 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup melted butter and enough water to liquefy brown sugar. Place rolls on top and let rise until doubled. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Pour out of pans while hot.
