LULU LEMONADE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. bottled lemon juice
3 1/4 c. cold water
Ice

In pitcher, dissolve sugar in lemon juice. Add water. Cover. Chill. Serve over ice.

Makes about 1 quart: 103 calories, 0.1 g protein, 0.1 g fat, 26.9 g carbohydrate, no dietary fiber or cholesterol and 7 mg sodium per 1 cup serving. Recipe may be doubled.

Lemonade variations: Strawberry: Increase sugar to 3/4 cup. In blender or food processor, puree 1 quart fresh (about 1 1/2 lb.) or frozen strawberries. Add to lemonade. Each 1 cup serving provides 195 calories, 1 g protein, 0.6 g fat, 49.7 g carbohydrate, 3.9 g dietary fiber, no cholesterol and 8 mg sodium.

Sparkling: Substitute club soda for cold water. Each 1 cup serving provides 103 calories. 0.1 g protein, 0.1 g. fat, 26.9 g carbohydrate, no dietary fiber or cholesterol and 47 mg sodium.
