CHICKEN - TURKEY CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
2 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 c. croutons, lightly salted (or seasoned croutons)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated American or cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup croutons; mix well. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup croutons. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Freezes well. If freezing, save croutons for top until ready to heat prior to serving.
