CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
16 oz. can chop suey vegetables, undrained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 oz. cooked spaghetti, drained
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. grated cheese

Brown beef with celery, onion and green pepper. Drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Cook 10 minutes. Combine meat mixture and spaghetti. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. May be frozen unbaked. Great to make ahead.
