1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can stewed tomatoes
Chopped jalapeno peppers
Bag of Doritos

Brown meat and onion. Salt and pepper and add seasoning mix; simmer. Melt together cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and peppers (I do this in the microwave). Mix 2 mixtures together. Layer bottom of 9 x 13 cake pan with crushed Doritos chips. Pour mixture on chips and sprinkle more chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
