1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. can pineapple, reserving 1 c. juice
1/2 box Dream Whip
1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
3 beaten eggs
Yellow food coloring (optional)

Mix Jello according to directions. Add drained pineapple. Refrigerate Jello until thick. Mix Dream Whip according to directions. Add softened cream cheese to Dream Whip and beat well. Spread cream mixture over congealed Jello. Chill until set.

Cook 1 cup pineapple juice, sugar, lemon, flour, eggs and cook until thick (add coloring, if desired). Cool completely before spreading over Jello mixture.
