HIGH PROTEIN BARS | |
1 stick butter 1 c. chunky peanut butter 12 oz. butterscotch tidbits Melt in a double boiler until soft. Cool. In a large bowl, combine 1 package colored miniature marshmallows, 1 cup flaked coconut, and 3/4 cup instant powdered protein (such as 1 Shaklee NPS). Stir in cooled peanut butter mixture and spread in greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate. Cut in squares before serving. |
