HIGH PROTEIN BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. carob chips
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut

In a saucepan melt butter, peanut butter, and chips. Stir in remaining ingredients and press into 5 by 7 inch glass pan. Let cool, cut and refrigerate.
