WEST VIRGINIA MEATLOAF 
MEAT MIXTURE:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

SAUCE MIXTURE:

2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add half of sauce mixture to meat. Shape meat mixture into ball and place in casserole dish. Pour other half of tomato mixture over loaf. Before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
