WEST VIRGINIA MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. half & half milk

Combine all of the ingredients and shape into loaf. Place into baking dish. Mix the following ingredients together and pour over loaf.

1 lb. can of tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, do not drain
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt

You can freeze the extra sauce. Bake 350 degrees until done.
