HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 (1 pt.) bottle French dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. jar soft cheese spread (Cheese Whiz)
1 can French fried onion rings

The day before cook chicken (boil). Do not over cook. Cool. Remove meat from bones and cut into bite-size pieces. Toss in French dressing and marinate overnight. Next day add celery and mayonnaise to taste. Place salad evenly in a 13 x 9 inch pan or baking dish and spread Cheese Whiz on top to cover all. Place in oven at 350 degrees for one-half hour (preheated). Top with can of onion rings. Put back in over for 5 to 6 minutes to brown rings.

NOTE: Have cheese at room temperature for easy spreading.
