1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 pkg. Hershey kisses
Confectioners' sugar

At medium speed mix butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts. Beat on low speed until blended. Chill dough.

Unwrap kisses. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around each kiss to cover completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until set (not brown). Cool slightly. Move to wire rack. Roll in confectioners' sugar while warm. Makes 36 cookies.
