1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour (or a little more)
Hershey Kisses

Cream all the ingredients except for the Hershey Kisses. Roll dough in little balls and also in sugar. When cookies are half done baking, press a Hershey Kiss in the center and finish baking (watch closely). Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
