2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. fat (Crisco)
1 c. peanut butter (creamy)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 bag Hershey kisses, unwrapped

Mix flour, salt, baking soda and brown sugar until well blended in medium bowl. In large bowl, mix fat and peanut butter. Add sugars to peanut butter mixture; mix well. Add eggs to peanut butter mixture; mix well. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Roll dough into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Remove from oven and place a Hershey Kiss into center of cookie while cookie is still hot. Place cookies in refrigerator for 1 hour to stiffen the Hershey Kiss.
