SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 pt. tomato juice
2 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 1/4 tsp. oregano
1 1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
Dash red pepper
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. celery seeds
2 tsp. butter

Cook in Dutch oven, 6 quart pan.

Saute onions in butter, brown ground beef, pour off grease. Mix other ingredients together and cook slow for at least 2 hours. Pour over cooked spaghetti. This makes a large amount you can refrigerate and use at a later time. This makes enough for 12 people.
