COCONUT PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. sweet milk
1 c. grated (fresh) or frozen coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cooked pie shell

Beat 3 egg yolks with 1 white; add sugar and flour. Add milk. Cook until it begins to thicken, then add coconut and vanilla. Pour into cooked pie shell. Top with meringue. Brown in oven.
