SWEET - N - SOUR PORK | |
2 tbsp. oil 3/4 lb. pork, cut into 3/4" sq. Salt & pepper 1 green pepper, cut into 3/4" sq. 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 jar Sweet-N-Sour Sauce 2 c. cooked rice In large skillet, heat oil. Add pork, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. Stir fry until brown and partially done. Add green pepper, cook until tender. Stir in onion. Continue to stir-fry until pork, pepper and onions are done. Stir in sauce thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice. 4 servings. |
