1 bag fresh spinach
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
6-7 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

TOPPING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Original Ranch Salad Dressing house mix

Chill spinach and cut in bite size pieces. Layer spinach then chopped eggs and peas. Should make another layer then make special topping. (Do not use the directions on salad dressing package.) Mix topping ingredients and lay on top. For final touch sprinkle real bacon bits on top.
