2 lg. cans English peas, drained
1 lg. apple, peeled, cored and diced
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
Dash of black pepper
Mayonnaise to suit

Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving.
