PORK CHOP WITH TOMATO SAUCE 
6 pork chops
6 slices onion
6 slices green pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup

Brown 6 pork chops in 1 tablespoon oil in heavy skillet. Sprinkle with pepper. Place 1 onion slice and 1 pepper slice on each chop. Pour 1 can tomato soup over all. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
