PORK CHOPS BAKED IN TOMATO SAUCE 
5-6 center cut pork chops
1 sm. can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
Salt, pepper
Mushrooms
Chopped sweet onion
Chopped green pepper

Trim pork chops and brown lightly. Arrange in single layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine tomato sauce with water and pour over pork chops. Add mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove cover and continue baking 30 additional minutes, or until fork tender.
