PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. canned or mashed cooked pumpkin or squash
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Pour into pie shell, top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is puffed up.
