PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. canned or mashed cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

In small mixing bowl combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Chill.
