CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. oil 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. chocolate chips Grease 12 cup muffin tin. Set oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg slightly; stir in milk and oil. Mix all dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir to blend. Blend in chocolate chips. Bake 15-20 minutes.

Very easy recipe. It turns out well and it is easy to remember. I use 1 cup of sugar though because I personally think there isn't enough.
