CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tin. In mixing bowl, beat egg; stir in milk and oil. Stir enough to moisten dry ingredients only. Blend ingredients and add to liquid ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
